One of the most painful things is the loss of a loved one. But then, you have to try to pick out a headstone that you think would be a tribute to them.
I was told about Robinson & Sons by a co-worker. She said they are reasonable and will work with you. As it turned out, that was totally understated!
These people are FANTASTIC!
I had a small idea of what I wanted, and after I picked out the stone that I wanted, they went out of their way to help and explain things to me that maybe I hadn’t thought about, or ways to make it easier for me (financially).
When I gave them ideas what I wanted on it, the very next day, they emailed 4 different drafts for me to look at. I would make a change here and there on them, and send it back for them to change, and after 9 proofs, (and their assurance that they would make ANY necessary changes, even if it meant 9 times, or 90); they just wanted to make it exactly like I wanted it.
Not one time did they make me feel rushed, or that they had better things to do! Within the first few minutes of greeting me, literally, I felt like I had known them forever. They put me at ease, and each time I had contact with them was the same thing.
I have told several people about Robinson & Sons, and will continue to do so. Thanks, Dale and Aaron for all your help, and the laughs too! It helped ease the situation.
